How To Cheer Yourself Up From A Bad Work Day
We all have bad days from time to time. Getting past those bad days can be hard, but here are some ideas to do just that.
Have Some Fun.
Get online and do a search for something free or inexpensive to do in your local area. Local newspapers usually have a "What's Going On" section. It can be as simple as taking a long drive into the net city to buy cup of coffee and read a book or going to the movies. A lot of city restaurants have Happy Hour, invite a friend or two to meet up and just socialize.
Be Creative
Go to one of the paint it yourself type stores and spend an hour painting. You don't have to be a great artist to just zone out with world of colors within reach and sculptures, plates, cups and dishes just waiting to be painted.

It doesn't have to be good enough for a New York gallery, it jut has to be you and your creative outlet. Just doing these things will make you feel good.
Be A Diva
Turn on your favorite music and sing the lyrics! Pull down the shades and dance until your exhausted. Rent a video on belly dancing (male or females can do this.) If you're in your car, you can still sing to the music. Go for it!
Go To The Dog Park.
If you don't have your own dog, offer to your neighbor's dog. Better yet, become a volunteer at the local animal shelter (not rescue agency) and walk the pooches who have not found a home yet.
