The holiday season is almost here and for many people, it means one very important thing: Seasonal Jobs Available. According to the National Retail Federation (NRF) this year's total holiday retail sales are expected to increase 4 percent compared to 2006. But in order for retailers to fulfill consumers' needs they need temporary seasonal employees.

Extra Income This Holiday Season According to the NRF, retailers hired an additional 596,000 workers during the holiday season in 2006, which is nearly 20 percent more than 2005. For the country's largest retailers, this means thousands of additional team members. Retailers also use the seasonal hiring as a way of finding new talent who will stay on as employees after the holiday season.
